RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the date your order is delivered. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original packaging and tags. Any returns or exchanges showing wear, damage, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Ordering the wrong size does not guarantee a refund, and all approved refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery and are subject to product availability. A $12 exchange fee applies to cover return and reshipment costs. Replacement items are shipped only after the original item has been received and inspected. Items must meet all return eligibility requirements to qualify for an exchange.

If you receive an item with an issue or defect, please refer to our contact page and we will be happy to help resolve any possible concerns. Off-Script is not liable for items lost, stolen, or misplaced during the shipping phase; please contact the shipping carrier associated with your tracking number to address those issues.

Only orders requested for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery will be considered. All policies remain applicable. For assistance, please contact support.
