Shipping Policy – Off Script

Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2 business days.

• Please allow an additional 4–5 business days for transit.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone. Delivery times may also vary depending on your location.

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a tracking code from FedEx, DHL, or another trusted courier. Please note that occasional delivery delays may occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Off Script is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping (such as tariffs and import taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Off Script is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged items before starting a claim.
